Exchange Policy

All Sales are Final. We will happily exchange for a different size within 7 days or offer a store credit. All tags and hygienic liners must still be attached.

All sale items are Final Sale and cannot be exchanged.

-We will not reimburse shipping cost. We are NOT responsible for lost packages. Please check with your postal service if this occurs.

 

Do you ship International?

-We ship internationally, shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are NOT defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@fedeswimwear.com and send your item to:
Fede Swimwear PO Box 747 Norco California US 92860.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Dear valued clients, your satisfaction is of our utmost importance and we approach every custom order design with a high degree of quality workmanship to ensure that you are happy with your new swimsuit. Due to our return policy it is also extremely important that you are completely certain that you have considered all of the choices available to you before placing your custom order. All custom orders are considered “Final Sales” which means that once you receive your completed order we will not allow any refunds or exchanges in regard to fabric print, fabric color, and or style of your order. We will as a one time courtesy exchange a size in the exact same style, print, and color as long as that size change is requested in writing via email at sales@fedeswimwear.com within 7 days of your swimsuit being delivered to you. Please understand that this policy is the best way for our production team to be able to continue dedicating the time, skill, and effort to each of our clients equally and wholeheartedly.
